Once We deliver any work to You, whether in whole or in part, as final or draft format, then You are under a duty to check that work meets with Your exact specifications, demands and needs. Where it does not, then You must advise Us of any non conformance within seven days. This allows us to settle with suppliers, knowing that any work they have provided has been accepted by You. If We provide any work or code that requires testing then it is Your responsibility to fully test such work in any and all environments to which such work or code will be put to use. If You fail to pay for any work done then You agree that We are entitled (but not obliged) to take ownership of such work and to dispose or use such work in order to clear any outstanding payment. This does not free You from any liability to settle the debt in full but does allow us one option to reduce that debt.
Once Our work is published on Your web site You take over full responsibility for such work.
Your responsibility to renew any hosting contract and domain name renewal.
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the past three months fees You paid Us.
